Dear Mediabank UserMedia Netwerk are changing the way we handle Mediabank uploads.
These changes only concern networks that HAVE outgoing firewall restrictions applied. If you are uncertain, please contact your local IT department. If you are not in charge of setting up firewall rules, please forward this to the right person.
In order for us to receive files, your firewall rules must be updated by Monday 24/10-16 between 0800-0900 CET.
Due to an increase in bandwidth capacity and securing our network further, we will move all file transfer services, excluding mobile uploads, to IP-Address range 220.127.116.11/26. In order to maintain communication with Mediabank, you may need to add the new IP-range in your firewall if restrictions on IP is set. We recommend an identical rule set for all servers to 18.104.22.168/26, since we will add new services in this range later.
A description of commonly used ports and protocols of our services today can be found below.
